Where Ya Bin Stores offers a fast-paced, customer-focused retail experience with constantly changing inventory and unbeatable savings. As a Retail Team Member you will help stock shelves, assist customers, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

You will work closely with store leadership to keep the floor organized, handle opening/closing duties, and ensure safety standards are followed while delivering excellent service to every guest.

Where Ya Bin Stores delivers a fast-paced and exciting retail shopping experience focused on unbeatable savings and constantly changing inventory. Every week, we receive truckloads of overstock merchandise from major online retailers across America. Prices start at $10 on Fridays and drop daily until everything is just $0.25 on Thursdays before new inventory arrives.

Position Overview

The Retail Team Member plays an important role in supporting daily store operations and delivering excellent customer service. This is a hands-on retail position that includes stocking merchandise, assisting customers, organizing sales floor areas, cleaning, and helping maintain an efficient and safe shopping environment.

Team Members work closely with store leadership to ensure the store remains clean, organized, fully stocked, and ready to provide customers with a positive shopping experience.
