Rosemont Market & Bakery X in Maine is hiring a Retail Team Member to greet customers, assist with finding products, and ring up purchases with care. You'll work across grocery, deli, produce, bakery, or prepared foods as needed, in a fast-paced, friendly store.

What You'll Do

Depending on the shift and department (grocery, deli, produce, bakery, or prepared foods), you'll:

• Greet customers and help them find what they need - with real recommendations, not a script

• Ring up purchases and handle payment accurately and efficiently

• Stock shelves, displays, and cases so our food always looks its best

• Prepare and serve items in the deli - slicing, weighing, and wrapping to order

• Keep things clean, organized, and safe for customers and teammates alike

• Jump in wherever the team needs a hand - no two shifts are exactly alike

The Details

This is an in-person role at one of our Rosemont Market retail locations. Shifts involve being on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs., and staying active throughout - but you'll be doing it surrounded by great food and good people.
