Job summary

Rosemont Market & Bakery in Scarborough, ME is seeking a Retail Team Member to join our local market team. You will greet customers, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and help shoppers find what they need.

Responsibilities include ringing up purchases, stocking shelves, and assisting in deli prep as needed. You will help maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment while delivering friendly, community-focused service.

What You'll Do

Depending on the shift and department (grocery, deli, produce, bakery, or prepared foods), you'll:

• Greet customers and help them find what they need - with real recommendations, not a script
• Ring up purchases and handle payment accurately and efficiently
• Stock shelves, displays, and cases so our food always looks its best
• Prepare and serve items in the deli - slicing, weighing, and wrapping to order
• Keep things clean, organized, and safe for customers and teammates alike

This is an in-person role at one of our Rosemont Market retail locations.
