Job summary

Goodwill of the Heartland is looking for a full-time Retail Team Member to support its Clinton Store and Career Office. In this role, you will help provide outstanding customer service, process donations, and maintain a positive environment for customers and team members alike.

The starting wage for this position is $15.15 per hour, and team members will enjoy competitive benefits including PTO, health insurance, and a generous store discount.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Related work experience preferred, but not required.
• Successful completion of a sex offender background check.

Responsibilities

• Help provide outstanding customer service.
• Process donations and utilize the cash register.
• Replenish inventory stock on the sales floor.
• Ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
• Accurately record production units to meet goals.
