Responsabilités

• Welcome customers as they enter the building and during interactions.
• Listen to customer needs and respond in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and go above and beyond to meet customer expectations.
• Address issues promptly with management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stock and organize products; keep shelves neat, labeled and replenished; monitor inventory.
• Process customer transactions and assist with product availability checks and loyalty accounts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with general duties and communications via phones and PA system.
