Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds; occasionally 50 pounds.
• Willing to work in multiple departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they enter the building and as you come into contact with them throughout the store.
• Listen to their needs and respond to questions or concerns in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Strive to create a positive experience by being attentive, patient, and respectful, offering accurate information and going above and beyond to meet expectations.
• Address issues promptly with support from management to find effective solutions and ensure customers feel valued and satisfied.
• Stock and organize products by replenishing shelves, labeling displays, monitoring inventory, and keeping the sales floor clean and organized.
• Process customer transactions and assist with product availability checks and Loyalty account setup.
• General cleaning and upkeep of all areas; use clear, pleasant communication on phones and radios.
