Family Farm and Home is hiring team members to support daily operations, greet customers, and drive sales while maintaining store appearance and safety. You will assist with signage, online orders, and program sign-ups, and work closely with management to achieve store goals.

Flexibility with weekends and holidays is important; physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Comfort working with customers and assisting across departments.
• Familiarity with store technologies (Farm Hand, On the Go, Harvester) is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Execute daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management.
• Greet customers and interact in a pleasant and positive manner.
• Solicit sign-ups for FFH programs (Loyalty, Warranties, Financing).
• Answer calls professionally and assist customers in-store and online.
• Operate POS and follow cash handling procedures.
• Complete POGs and Mass layouts per store layout.
• Complete online orders using Harvester and related tools.
• Assist in setting promotional signage and in-store pricing.
• Assist with freight, recovery and out-of-stock processes.
• Maintain safety, prevent loss, and report issues to management.
• Assist in displays construction and store cleanliness.
• Contribute to a positive working environment; perform other duties as assigned.
