Job summary

Family Farm and Home is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, stock shelves, operate the POS, and support store operations. The role requires flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with emphasis on delivering excellent service and maintaining store appearance.

You will participate in merchandising, pricing changes, signage, and in-store safety, while working closely with management to meet daily goals and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications
