ALDI is seeking a Store Associate to merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness to enhance the shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with increases in Years 2–5. This full-time role averages 30+ hours weekly, and includes comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.

Formación

• Prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate cash registers and POS equipment.
• Ability to interpret ALDI policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Model and fulfill customer service principles and escalate concerns as needed.
• Inform management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Accurately scan and process purchases using the POS system.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Open additional check lanes to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stock shelves and displays per merchandising planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assist management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
• Maintain a safe working environment by addressing hazards and keeping equipment in order.
• Follow inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
