Job summary

ALDI is seeking a Store Associate to help with merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. The role is full-time with 30+ hours weekly and starts at $19.00 per hour, with scheduled increases through Year 5.

You will work with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service across duties including curbside pickup, cash handling, and safety compliance. Responsibilities include operating POS, processing transactions, stocking, cleanliness, and assisting

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, pallet jacks, and handheld devices.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Properly utilizes the POS system to scan and process purchases and reports scanning issues.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Follows the line policy and opens additional check lanes for efficient checkout.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly following planograms to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders with accurate item retrieval and timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
