Duchess is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team in Columbus, OH. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and organized while promoting our rewards program and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Prior retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions efficiently using POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to help customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program.
