Job summary

Swedish Match (PMI U.S.) is seeking a Retail Team Manager to lead sales and execution across an assigned territory. This player-coach role blends team leadership with direct account management to drive retail growth, distribution, merchandising, and promotional execution.

You will coach a team of sales representatives, manage key accounts, analyze market data, and coordinate cross-functional activities to meet regional objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in retail sales, wholesale grocery, route sales, or related fields.
• Proven leadership, coaching, planning, organizational, and team management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Salesforce, syndicated data, and sales analytics tools.
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve regional business objectives.

• Maintain accurate reporting of retail and account metrics.

Compensation

Annual base salary: $90,000 - $120,000
