Job summary

Swedish Match (PMI U.S.) is seeking a Retail Team Manager to lead a sales team and manage key accounts across an assigned territory in the United States. The role blends coaching with hands-on account management to drive distribution, merchandising, and promotional execution.

You will analyze market data, develop growth plans, ensure routing and coverage, and report on performance while collaborating with Business Development and Key Account Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in retail sales, wholesale grocery, route sales, or related fields.
• Proven leadership, coaching, planning, organizational, and team management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
• Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Salesforce, syndicated data, and sales analytics tools.
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the United States.

This player-coach role combines team leadership with direct account management, driving retail sales, distribution, merchandising, promotional execution, and customer growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

Annual base salary: $90,000 - $120,000
