Qualifications

• Two or more years of store or assistant store manager experience.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to store associates.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks and follow through.
• Strong customer service and sales focus.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic math calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity while minimizing steps and touches.
• Assists in analyzing store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall store performance.
• Communicates variances to Company standards to the Store Manager.
• Ensures proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
• Maintains safety and security standards and compliance with regulations.
• Oversees payroll administration including daily punch edits and scheduling compliance.
• Assists in recruiting, training and developing non-exempt Associates.
• Maintains adherence to Company policies and procedures.
