Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of retail experience with increasing responsibility.
• Physical ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to safely operate power equipment such as slicing equipment, walkie lifts and forklifts.
• Occasional ability to respond to alarm calls and work at other local stores.
• Minimum age 18 years old and HS diploma or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Open and close the Store and support daily operations.
• Unloading merchandise from deliveries and organizing stockroom to sales floor.
• Maintain merchandise rotation, proper food handling and product quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service, build relationships and drive sales.
• Cash handling, deposits, cash register counts and change for cashiers.
• Help build and train the team, guiding sales associates.
