Job summary

TESO Group in Garland, TX is seeking a Retail Team Lead for our snacks and grocery areas. You will manage product stocking, displays, price labels, promotions, and stockroom organization to ensure a clean and inviting shopping experience.

Under the Store Manager, you will coach team members, maintain accurate pricing, monitor stock levels, and support receiving and merchandising tasks to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• Familiar with product merchandising, replenishment and recovery processes.
• Experience reading price labels andPOP/display materials.
• Understanding expiration management and basic stocking procedures.
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
• Able to assist with receiving, stockroom organization and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Manage product stocking, front-facing displays, shelf organization and fullness in home goods areas.
• Ensure merchandise is neatly displayed with accurate price labels and signage.
• Correct and report out-of-stocks, misplacements and disorganized displays to Store Manager.
• Complete daily replenishment, recovery, FIFO rotation and product put-away.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with overstock/slow-moving items and adjustments.
• Keep aisles clear during replenishment and avoid placing items on the floor.
