Job summary

TESO Group is seeking Store Staff in Texas to support merchandising, replenishment, pricing, and customer service in our stores. You will help keep displays tidy, labels accurate, and stockrooms organized while delivering friendly service to customers.

Under supervision, you will handle testers/samples, assist with receiving, and report any issues promptly. The role offers full-time hours and eligibility for benefits in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma / vocational secondary school or above.
• Experience: Retail, supermarkets, beauty, or related service industries preferred; trainees possible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neat, professional appearance and uniforms.
• Greet customers, provide basic product guidance, and escalate issues to leadership.
• Handle shelving, replenishment, labeling, and price accuracy within the assigned area.
• Assist with receiving, stockroom organization, and inventory checks.
• Manage testers, samples, and display materials per policy.
• Report pricing discrepancies, shrinkage, and safety issues promptly.
