Job summary

TESO Group seeks a Retail Team Lead to oversee snacks and grocery merchandising, replenishment, and customer service at the Flushing, NY location. You will ensure displays are neat, prices accurate, and promotions effectively executed while coaching team members to meet standards.

Responsibilities include managing stock, recovering shelves, and reporting issues to the Store Manager. A strong focus on product knowledge and service excellence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, supermarkets, beauty, or lifestyle retail preferred.
• Willing to learn product merchandising, replenishment, and expiration management.
• Strong execution, responsibility, customer service, and teamwork.
• Education: High school diploma or above.

Responsibilities

• Manage stocking, front-facing displays, shelf organization, and shelf fullness.
• Ensure price labels and promotional signage are accurate, clear, and current.
• Promptly correct and report out-of-stocks, misplaced merchandise, or disorganized displays to the Store Manager.
• Lead customer service and coach team members on store standards.
