The role focuses on merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and effective space management while driving profitable sales and offering a brand experience aligned with LEGO values.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.

• Assist the ASM and SM in scheduling and attendance management.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts and address issues per LEGO policies.
• Process store and office supply orders within guidelines and budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Keep stockroom organized; merchandise products on the shop floor.
• Develop and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation.
