Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support daily operations at a West Palm Beach retail location. You’ll assist with staffing, training, scheduling, and upholding safety and compliance.

You will supervise team members, handle cash, manage inventory, and contribute to reports and loss prevention while delivering excellent customer service. This role offers growth through training and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience in a business (retail) setting preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in hiring, training, and supervising team members.
• Help manage daily store operations, including scheduling, cash handling, and inventory.
• Promote exceptional customer service and uphold Goodwill’s safety and compliance standards.
• Ensure proper handling of donations and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Monitor store performance and assist with reports, budgets, and loss prevention.
