Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor to join our high performing retail team. This full-time role rewards leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to manage a busy store environment.

You will coach others, maintain a safe and organized store, and participate in a predictable schedule with early mornings and evenings. Eligible associates receive Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k), PTO, and a monthly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Age at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience in retail leadership.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, e-mail, and telephone.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Physically able to become forklift certified per IIPP requirements.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends.
