Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor to join our high performing team in a full-time role. You’ll be empowered and equipped to do your job with a focus on helping customers and supporting store operations.

The anticipated rate is $19.00 per hour, with eligibility for a monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and various employee discounts.

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Other duties as assigned
