Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor for a full-time role in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead a team, ensure top-notch customer service, and maintain a safe and organized store during extended hours (6am–10pm).

You will coach associates, cross-train across store operations, and serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled. A clear path to promotion and ongoing leadership development is offered, with competitive benefits and a potential monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
