Harbor Freight Tools in La Follette, TN is seeking a Supervisor (full-time) to join a high-performing team. You will lead, coach, and develop others while ensuring professional customer service during store hours from 6am to 10pm.

This role offers a starting wage of $18.25 per hour with monthly bonus eligibility, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, a 401k with company match, and generous PTO up to 152 hours per year plus sick time.
