• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Assist store manager in promoting an aggressive sales culture with strong customer service.
• Maintains professionalism and positive store morale.
• Responsible for assisting the store manager in execution of store duties through associates and/or own actions.
• Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with customers.
• Establish relationships and support local community groups consistent with company values.
• Solicits customers to sign up for Family Farm and Home Programs and financing.
• Protects inventory and assets; prevents theft and damage.
• Verifies merchandise is received, stored and merchandised per procedures.
• Maintains safe and clean store environment; supports marketing strategies.
• Assists in determining marketing strategy changes by reviewing financials and sales records.
• Enforces policies and procedures; performs other duties as assigned by store manager.
