Job summary

Nike Factory Store Clinton in Clinton, CT is seeking a Retail Supervisor to be the face of NIKE, managing high-volume, fast-paced customer experiences and guiding the team to deliver outstanding service.

You will help customers find the right products, manage store standards, and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative environment where bold ideas are encouraged and growth is supported.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to best support customer needs.
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to your teammates and customers daily.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome, that you care about their wants and needs, and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey
• Operating a cash register, shipping, and receiving duties, stocking products, cleaning and building visual displays with or without accommodations
• Showing up for your teammates by attending store events.
