West Coast Convenience is hiring a Team Leader to oversee store operations, lead a team, and deliver a premier customer experience across our California locations.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on driving sales, managing inventory, and maintaining strict safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment. You will mentor staff, optimize labor, and ensure a superior customer experience every shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 9–12 months of leadership experience in retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and manage sales, expenses, and inventory.
• Must be 21+ years of age and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and retain a strong team.
• Set expectations, drive accountability, and build a positive team culture.
• Create schedules that support the business and control labor costs.
• Oversee daily operations, cash handling, and store readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.
