Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training, and conduct safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through damages, markdowns, scanning, and paperwork.
• Assist with planograms and ensure displays meet standards.
• Help ensure store financial integrity with cashier accountability and deposits.
