Job summary

Spectrum Resorts’ Beach Club retail supervisor will lead the Village Mercantile and Creamery team to deliver WORLD CLASS SERVICE, greet guests, maintain standards, and ensure accurate cash handling and POS operation.

You will supervise daily tasks, merchandise the shop, assist with inventory, and support opening/closing procedures. Prior retail supervisory experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to motivate the team positively.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn the on-site POS system.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Retail team to ensure delivery of WORLD CLASS SERVICE.
• Greet and assist guests promptly.
• Ensure sanitation standards are followed.
• Answer phone and provide Beach Club information.
• Rung up purchases and handle cash/credit accurately.
• Restock and merchandise store supplies as needed.
• Assist in inventory management.
• Support retail and ice cream shop operations as needed.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and POS use.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
