Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor (full-time) in the United States. The role offers an hourly rate of $20.00 with eligibility for a monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits.

You will lead a team, model professional customer service, and oversee store operations during open hours from 6am to 10pm. Associates receive medical/dental/vision insurance, life and disability coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, and paid time off up to 152 hours per year, plus holidays.

Qualifications

• Recent leadership experience in retail or service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including stocking/sales duties.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
