You will participate in piercing training, guide customers through procedures, and maintain safe, organized displays. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to motivate the team and create a positive, energetic shop floor atmosphere.

Qualifications

• You have customer-facing experience or a willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail setting.
• You can engage customers, upsell products, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards.
• Basic math and reading comprehension to handle transactions and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Hit sales goals by delivering excellent customer experiences and promoting promos.
• Participate in piercing training; guide customers through procedures and aftercare.
• Keep store displays visually appealing and easy to shop.
• Support the Store Manager with team motivation and positive vibes.
• Represent Claire's and stay current with fashion trends to assist customers.
• Contribute to store operations, deliveries, merchandising, and promotions.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire's purchases on social media.
