Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a full-time Retail Supervisor to lead and motivate retail associates, conduct store audits, and ensure client standards across assigned territories. The role collaborates with Business Development Managers, Brands, and store teams to meet objectives.

You will manage budgets, maintain shelves per schematics, build client relationships, and coordinate with store personnel. A 4-year retail track record with 2+ years in supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple duties with changing deadlines.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Internet usage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, execute and complete all retail projects.
• Maintain Client objectives by ensuring products are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
• Establish and maintain client relationships including work appointments.
• Consistently monitor and regulate expenses with regard to position and team budget standards.
• Accurate and timely communication, administrative, and coaching duties with direct reports.
