Goodwill-Industries-of-Kentucky is seeking a Retail Team Leader at our Louisville location. You will oversee processing, stocking, and sale of donated goods while modeling our core values of Hope, Dignity, Service and Partnership.

Primary duties include greeting donors and customers, operating the cash register, stocking and pricing items, and guiding Production Clerks. A flexible schedule, strong customer service, and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to make change.
• Ability to work with a variety of diverse people.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsabilités

• Greet donors and customers and offer assistance.
• Operate cash register.
• Sort and stock material; maintain categories and quality of goods.
• Provide direction and model duties to other Production Clerks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
