Alumni Hall Stores, LLC in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a Part-Time Keyholder to open and close the store, manage deposits, and support daily operations. You will lead associates, ensure product placement, and drive sales goals with a focus on customer experience.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to train staff, replenish merchandise, and maintain store standards including cleanliness and organization. Availability for holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a schedule based upon the business needs – including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store and handle deposits.
• Lead, delegate, and follow-up on store associates.
• Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in day-to-day operations, product placement, and achieving sales goals as well as UPT, ADS, and E-Mail Capture goals.
• Assist in training staff on company policies and procedures.
• Assist in daily merchandise replenishments.
• Maintain high standards of a clean and neat sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and an organized stockroom.
• Maintain a superior customer experience and provide excellent customer service to every customer.
• Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to protect company assets.
• Ensure E-commerce orders are filled and processed timely per company standards (as needed).
