Job summary

Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy seeks a Team Lead II to supervise Alcatraz store operations, guide a frontline team, and drive visitor services and sales performance. This benefitted, full-time role requires weekend coverage and a professional demeanor in a busy retail environment.

You’ll work closely with the Retail Manager II and Assistant Managers II to maintain inventory, train staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across three Alcatraz Island stores while upholding park

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• +3 years of Team Lead experience preferred.
• Experience supervising sales associates in a busy retail environment.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations and inventory management.
• Help store staff achieve sales goals.
• Supervise cash handling, scheduling, and customer service.
• Coach and train staff on service standards and product knowledge.
• Maintain relationships with park partners and Conservancy staff.
• Run daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
