Job summary

LEGO Group in University Place Mall, Orem, Utah, seeks a full-time Team Leader to create an exceptional guest experience and inspire the builders of tomorrow. You will train the team to exceed standards in customer service, product knowledge and sales, while modeling LEGO Brand values.

You will lead training for Sales Associates, oversee merchandising and POS operations, and drive a high-performance culture in a retail environment with a hybrid work policy.

• Training delivery experience
• Visual merchandising knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Sales Associates on LEGO Brand Retail guidelines
• Manage merchandising, pricing and store presentation
• Oversee cash handling and inventory accuracy
• Monitor sales performance and margins to maximize profitability
• Maintain fixtures and stock replenishment
