Job summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll mentor sales associates, help manage shipments, and support eCom order fulfillment while upholding brand presentation. You bring at least a year of team lead experience in retail, a high school diploma, passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and flexible availability including

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of team lead retail experience.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social media skills, knowledge of mobile devices and computer skills are assets.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience for each customer and build long-term relationships.
• Assist in optimizing inventory management and in-store presentation.
