Fleet Feet Chicago is looking for a Retail Team Lead to guide the sales floor and coach staff while ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience. You will help customers choose gear, drive sales, and execute store standards.

You will partner with the Retail Experience Manager to meet store goals, maintain inventory, and build relationships with customers, vendors, and the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing sales environment preferred.
• Deliver the best customer experience by outfitting each customer that walks through the door.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team.
