Fleet Feet Chicago is seeking a Retail Team Lead to act as the heart of our brand, guiding customers to the right gear and providing personalized solutions on the sales floor.

You will support the Retail Experience Manager, maintain sales performance, and foster strong relationships with customers and vendors while helping the team deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing sales environment.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Deliver the best customer experience by outfitting each customer that walks through the door.
• Collaborative and customer-centric; lead on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Retail Team and support the Retail Experience Manager with customer-facing and operational duties.
• Maintain strong sales metrics and build meaningful relationships with customers, vendors, and peers.
