pOpshelf is looking for a Lead Team Member in Oklahoma City to maintain a clean and organized store while delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist customers, operate a cash register, and help create a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control.
• Ability to perform cash register functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to exceed customer expectations.
• Assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise.
• Operate cash register and scanner to process customer transactions.

Skills

Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills

Understanding of safety policies and practices

Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides

Ability to perform mathematical calculations

Knowledge of cash handling procedures

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
