Qualifications

• Proven retail sales success.
• Experience in customer-facing roles; supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in opening/closing, cash handling and stock control.
• Model a positive attitude and product knowledge for the team.
• Deliver authentic customer service that creates lasting impressions.
• Help achieve sales goals and drive store KPIs through local marketing support.
• Perform duties as assigned by the manager and maintain health & safety compliance.
• Own stock management and execute merchandising guidelines.
