Job summary

VF Corporation’s Vans brand is seeking a Supervisor to partner with store leadership, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The role focuses on driving sales, maintaining store standards, and supporting inventory and visual merchandising.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced retail setting, developing talent while upholding safety and policy guidelines. A 1+ year leadership background and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory and processing shipments to ensure smooth product flow.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely product replenishment.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention practices.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Foster an inclusive store environment and uphold policies, safety standards, and procedures.
