Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the store.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Recruit, interview, and train store staff as needed.
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance while ensuring policy compliance.
