Job summary

Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Edison, NJ to lead on the sales floor, drive sales targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while embodying Coach values to raise brand awareness.

You will support store operations, recruit and train team members, and mentor staff on clienteling to build long‑term customer relationships and meet business goals. This role requires a growth mindset and strong business acumen.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership in managing a retail space at Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs) and move on the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
• Lead implementation of company initiatives and support the full operation of the business.
• Establish trust, maintain integrity, and promote an inclusive culture among the team.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance.
