Job summary

Coach in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Brand Ambassador to maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will embody Coach values, lead store initiatives, and support the full operation of the business.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales data, identifying trends, coaching team members, recruiting and evaluating performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies while fostering an inclusive culture

Qualifications

1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
