Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Gulfport, MS to lead on the sales floor, drive brand standards, and support store operations. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying Coach values.

Responsibilities include leading initiatives, coaching the team, and analyzing sales data to improve performance while maintaining a positive, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver on sales floor and in stockroom

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
• Supports the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, high-level training as needed
• Adheres to Company policies and store procedures
