Job Summary

The Team Lead assists in managing the daily workflow of the store and has limited supervisory responsibilities in the absence of management. The role requires performing essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations provided for individuals with disabilities.

Essential Functions

• Making bank deposits as required
• Maintaining security of cash and keys
• Opening and closing the store as necessary
• Leading staff in daily tasks
• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

• Ensuring timely placement of processed goods on the sales floor
• Meeting production targets set by management
• Following loss prevention and process flow guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months supervisory experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency with computer systems, including POS, Windows, internet, online training, and web meetings
