Clarks is looking for a Part Time Team Lead to join the team at 800 Brevard Rd, Asheville, NC 28806, USA.

Responsibilities of a Team Lead include:

• Serving as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
• Consistently achieving positive sales performance
• Organizing store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement
• Overseeing shipment receipt and maintaining a clean work environment
• Training and coaching employees on policies and procedures
• Practicing excellent customer service skills
• Upselling customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate
• Exemplifying the Clarks brand
• Following policies related to loss prevention and shrinkage
• Creating a comfortable work environment for colleagues

Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
