Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building community relationships and attracting new clients.

This is an on-site, non-exempt retail role with potential bonuses and benefits. You will engage customers, deliver personalized tax solutions, and contribute to local trust and loyalty through excellent service and community

Qualifications

• Active license in tax preparation (EA/CPA) preferred.
• Experience filing multiple federal/state returns.
• Ability to work onsite at TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
