Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and expert guidance for individuals and small businesses at on-site locations across the United States. You’ll own relationships, deliver tax strategy, and support bookkeeping as part of a collaborative team.

The role emphasizes local community engagement, cross-selling Intuit services, and delivering a proactive, personalized customer experience, with weekend onsite shifts anticipated.

Competenze

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal/state business tax returns (1065/1120-S) for many clients.
• 3+ seasons of personal tax preparation (≥30 returns/year) in a tax practice or retail setting.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge; QuickBooks proficiency is a plus.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location; weekend hours may apply.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for consumer and business clients.
• Develop tax planning guidance, deductions optimization, and amendments as needed.
• Build relationships and offer cross-service referrals (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Participate in local community outreach to grow TurboTax client base.
